Duty 0600 to 1200.
Left Anzac today in the heat of a great battle and went on Hospital ship “Formosa” suffering from a breakdown. Ship beautifully clean and well fitted up with every convenience. Left ship same night and landed in hospital at Imbros. J. A. Graham
