Furious bombardment by Abdul on our lines. He is evidentially getting ready to attack.
A Turk deserted from his lines and while coming in to us was wounded by Turks. He spent the day under a bank midway between the lines of trenches and at dusk a party of us sneaked out a rescued him just in time. A Turkish patrol was also after him. The patrols clashed and we killed two. No one hurt on our side. J. A. Graham
